What is WIF

Women in Flight is a program dedicated to increasing awareness as well as raising funds for University of Oregon’s Women’s Sports. The donations allow WIF to elevate and improve the female student-athlete experience.

What does Allen Hall Ad do?

The purpose of Allen Hall Advertising is to cultivate creative students and get them connected with real world clients. Our job as a team is to expand the brand’s level of awareness and grow their company through utilizing strategic approaches and getting to know the client’s needs inside and out.

What is my role in AHA?

My role within my account for AHA is an Account Manager. The primary responsibility I hold is maintaining a healthy and consistent relationship with the client as well as insure that the team is hitting necessary deadlines. In regard to WIF, I work with the client on a daily basis to iron out any concerns and work on scheduling. Each week, I hold an external meeting with the client and the team to get in touch with project updates, deliverables and sometimes have concentrations pitch decks.

What are we working on right now?

Currently. WIF is working on organizing a photoshoot for female athletes to attend. We will be having our designers mock up a backdrop for the shoot that can be projected. Our copy people are working on ways to engage the athletes, with both a survey as well as having them write a hand written letter that will be projected behind them when their photos are taken. Things are still in the works, but exciting things coming!

This deck was curated by the strategy people, however, everyone on the team played a role in contributing to this deck. As an Account Manager, my role was to lead production along and make sure that we were hitting the client’s deadlines.
